At Paper Dream, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Quality Concerns or Incorrect Items

If the product doesn’t match the description or you’re not satisfied with its quality, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll review your concerns and, if the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, we’re so sorry! Please email us at info@paperdreamstore.com within 30 days of receiving it and include the following:

  • A clear description of the damage
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)

Once we’ve reviewed the information, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. If the damage is validated, we’ll send a complimentary replacement as quickly as possible. If a replacement isn’t feasible, a refund may be offered instead.

This process also helps us improve our packaging and prevent future issues — so thank you for your help!

Change of Mind

As our wall art is made to order, we unfortunately do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully and feel free to reach out before ordering if you’d like more information about a design.
