What sizes are available for your wall art?

Our wall art is available in two popular sizes:
21 x 29.7 cm / 8" x 12"
30 x 40 cm / 12" x 16"

We also offer our Educational Explorations collection in:
45x60 cm / 18"x24″

Are frames included with the wall art?

Yes! Our wall art comes framed, featuring a durable pine wood frame for a premium finish.

You can choose from four beautiful frame colours to match your nursery décor:

Black – Smooth finish
White – Smooth finish
Natural Wood – Visible grain
Dark Brown Wood – Visible grain

Is the artwork ready to hang?

Yes! Our artwork comes ready to hang, with an included hanging kit so you can easily display it directly on your wall—no extra assembly required.

What are the shipping costs?

We charge a flat shipping rate of £6 per order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We offer express shipping, ensuring your order arrives within 2-4 business days, UK wide.

How is the wall art packaged?

We take great care in packaging our framed wall art to ensure it arrives safely. Each piece is protected with foam corner guards, a plastic sleeve, and a sturdy recycled-material box. For extra security, we may add bubble wrap, craft paper, or reinforced edges, especially for larger orders. This ensures your artwork arrives in perfect condition, ready to display!

Can I customise the artwork (e.g., name, colours)?

Yes, some of our artwork can be personalised. Customisable pieces can be found in the Personalised Wall Art section on our website. Please contact us for more custom solutions.

What is your return and refund policy?

If you're not satisfied with the product's quality or the print does not match the description, contact us within 30 days of receiving it for a possible replacement or refund. As our wall art is made to order, we do not offer change of mind refunds.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Provide a detailed description of the damage, along with clear pictures of the damaged item and its packaging (both inside and outside). We’ll investigate and, if the issue is validated, send a complimentary replacement as quickly as possible. If a replacement isn’t feasible, we may offer a refund. This helps us improve our packaging and prevent similar incidents.
