We want you to love your Paper Dream purchase! If there’s an issue with the quality or if your print doesn’t match the description, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a replacement or refund.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days with:

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product damage

• Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)

We’ll review the case and, if appropriate, send you a free replacement. If a replacement isn’t possible, we may issue a refund.

• Because our wall art is made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
