1. About Us

Paper Dream is a New Zealand-owned online store offering curated nursery and children's wall art. We aim to bring joy to little rooms through high-quality prints and frames.

2. Ordering

When you place an order with us, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate and complete.
  
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
• Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.

We will confirm acceptance of your order via email. If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason (e.g., stock issues, payment failure), we will notify you and issue a refund if necessary.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We charge a flat rate of $12 per order.

All orders are shipped using express delivery, ensuring your items arrive within 2–4 business days New Zealand wide (excluding rural addresses which may take slightly longer). Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be impacted by courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

At this stage, we ship within New Zealand only. For any special delivery requests or bulk orders, feel free to reach out to us.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your Paper Dream order. If you're not satisfied with the quality of the product or if the print does not match the description, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item for a possible replacement or refund.

If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 30 days of receiving the item. Please provide:

• A detailed description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)

We’ll investigate the issue and, if validated, send a complimentary replacement as soon as possible. If a replacement isn’t feasible, we may offer a refund. This helps us improve our packaging and ensure a better experience for future customers.

Please note:

• Because all our wall art is made to order, we do not offer change of mind returns or refunds.
• If you’re unsure about a print before purchasing, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help with more details.

We strive to display our products accurately, but please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. As our art prints are made to order, minor variations may occur.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Paper Dream will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
